Job Details

Position Responsibilities

  • Receiving, registration, and distribution of correspondence.

  • Ordering flight tickets, support the organization of business trips.

  • Ordering and management fixed assets, support in the finance department.

  • Participating in conferences, meetings, and corporate events.

  • Coordinating and managing administrative processes related to proper company functions.

Needed Skills

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

  • Knowledge of Admin rules and principles concerning the circulation of documents in the office.

  • Prior experience in a similar position (1+ years).

  • Knowledge of English at a level enabling free communication.

  • Efficient use of MS Office programs.

  • High communication and customer service skills.

  • Skills planning and organization of multi-tasking, attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a team.
