Position Requirements

Ability to integrate resources

  • You can master the mainstream social media platforms and manage digital promotion in the Netherlands
  • You are familiar with mainstream KOL resources
  • You have a certain understanding of the work content of modules such as pr, planning, e-commerce and design, and can formulate the optimal social media communication plan based on the cooperation with other work modules, so as to maximize the integrated marketing results

Content planning and project operation ability

  • You have more than 3 years of experience in social media, experience in planning a large-scale social campaign, and experience in the formulation and implementation of online integrated communication strategies tech projects.
  • You have a good understanding of content and are sensitive to the currently trending.
  • You have a strong affinity with writing and planning. 

Data analysis ability

  • familiar with the monitoring tools to analysis our campaigns, giving suggestions to our social media plan and make an adjustment.

 Insight ability

  • You have a deep insight into the social media environment and trends in the Netherlands, and understand the psychological characteristics and emotional appeals of Dutch social media users
  • You have a strong interest and own opinions about technology and art field

Negotiation ability

  • Understand the price system of major social media advertising & social media kol & social media monitoring tools & agency resources, and have certain negotiation skills in digital media buying.

 Agency management

  • Understand the mainstream social media agencies in the Netherlands and have worked in or been served by a big agency in the Netherlands
  • You understand the working mode and work content of these agencies.
  • You are able to manage our agency in an effective way.
