Job Details

Position Responsibilities

  • Create product and marketing content in German for online sales

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.

  • Order Management: Assist order placement, refunds, or exchange.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

  • Provide customer support through managing incoming calls, emails and online channel.

  • Manage inventory to make sure that optimal quantity and timing of inventory aligns with sales and production capacity.

  • Actively contribute to regular work meetings.

Needed Skills

Position Requirements

  • MBO / HBO working and thinking level

  • Full professional command of German, and English, spoken and written

  • Plan / Structured

  • Living in the Eindhoven area

  • Type of employment: full-time
