Job Details

Position Responsibilities

  • Managing relationship with landowners, real estate agents, and provinces/municipalities
  • Responsible to develop new projects
  • Responsible for meeting with landowners, provinces/municipalities, and real estate agents
  • Reviewing the agreement, CF, layout and PVsyst
  • Responsible for negotiating the terms of agreement and price with our partner (landowner, real estate agent, and etc)
  • Responsible to get the building permit (Omgevingsvergunning)
  • Managing the time schedule and planning for project developments
  • Apply the first grid connection offer
  • Communicate with the technical engineer for the layout
  • Managing and preparing for the legal due diligence
  • Reporting weekly for project progress
  • Control and report the project budget
Needed Skills

Position Requirements

  • Proficient for Microsoft office (word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient knowledge for solar industry in the Netherlands and SDE+
  • Experience of working the solar energy or renewable energy industry at least 3 years
  • Experience for the solar development work
  • Experience in communicating and having the meetings with provinces/municipalities
  • Knowledge of reviewing CF, contract and PVsyst
  • Proven track record in the development of solar projects
  • Good communication and negotiation skills in both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Multitask and work management skill
  • Problem-solving
  • Bachelor Degree
